Update: Instructions for the May Run to Wings Over Illawarra 2017
The MG Car Club Sydney’s Classic TF Register Run to Wings Over Illawarra 2017
FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
In previous monthly editions of Opposite Lock 2017 you received instructions on how to register your car to attend Wings Over Illawarra 2017, essentially by logging on to the Wings over Illawarra website, clicking on the menu option:- Get Involved on the menu bar and scrolling down to register your car as attending with the MG Car Club Of Sydney on SUNDAY 07 MAY.
If you have done this you will have received a WOI 17 pass by mail as well as an email confirmation!
WARNING:-
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A WOI 17 ENTRY PASS OBTAINED IN THE ABOVE WAY- AS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOU ADMITTED WITHOUT ONE!
IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED TO COME AND HAVE A WOI 17 PASS FOR SUNDAY 07 MAY THEN:-
Please rendezvous at the Hungry Jack’s restaurant car park at Haywards Bay which is approx. 1.5km NORTH of the Illawarra Regional Airport at Albion Park, with an exit off the freeway
IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING ON THE FREEWAY SOUTH FROM SYDNEY IT WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT
IF COMING NORTH ON FREEWAY IT WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT
Please rendezvous there and be ready to DEPART at 0800 SUNDAY 07 MAY.
We will convoy from the Hungry Jack’s car park down to the airport and park as an MG Car Club group.
Don’t forget that although your own admission is free, you will have to pay for any passengers unless you have prepaid for them using the website!
ALL MGs are welcome of course, and don’t forget that once you are on the airport you are required to remain in place as an exhibit until the Air Show finishes at approx. 1530.
Please call the Classic TF Registrar Michael Hough on 0418424748 if you have any further problems.
Looking forward to seeing you at WOI 17 on Sunday 06 May!
