Photo Gallery: November 2018’s Illawarra Register Run to the Robertson Inn

Thursday the 22nd of November saw the club rolling out to Robertson Inn for the last Illawarra Register run of 2018. Scroll on, and enjoy a few photos of the day thanks to Ingo Weinberger.

The event saw the club’s Illawarra Register meeting up with the Jaguar Driver’s Club for a pre-Christmas get together at Robertson Inn in the Southern Highlands.

“Fourteen MG people took part, including Claude Harris in his 1938 MG TA, Les Bryant in his black MG TF and yours truly in the Rubbernose. Jaguars ranged from a Mk II to quite recent. The company was good, as was the food!”

“The Jaguar Drivers’ Club presented Michael Hough with a well-deserved memento for his efforts in arranging these outings.”

“Upon breaking up I took a small detour to the close-by Fitzroy Falls, which were impressive despite a diminished water flow. Strong gusts of wind were present all day, and were particularly noticeable on the return trip at motorway speeds, although the Southern Highlands were quite cool compared to Sydney’s temperatures” – Ingo Weinberger
