Photo Gallery: The February 2018 Members Gathering Featuring Joel Wakely

The February 2018 Members Gathering was held at the MG Centre of Sydney and welcomed guest speaker Joel Wakely.

With works ongoing at the Denistone Sports Club, we took the opportunity to hold an outdoor barbecue at the MG Centre of Sydney and enjoyed a pleasant summer’s evening together.

We were pleased to be joined by Holden expert Joel Wakely for the evening, who shared tales from the history of the marque and the people who built, raced and owned their cars. To accompany his talk, Joel organised four period Holdens to attend the meeting, and it was fun getting to know those better.

We’d like to send a huge ‘THANK YOU!’ to Joel Wakely for joining us and for organising the cars, as well as for the enjoyable talk.
