We are saddened to announce that long time Club member Bruce Smith will be closing Sportsparts on 30 June 2024. Bruce and Sportsparts have been a major supporter of the community, providing parts and advice for decades, and will be dearly missed.
Before the business closes, Bruce will hold an open day on Saturday the 1st of June to allow members of the community to have a look behind the counter. Please see his message below.
Sportsparts is Closing
It is with regret that I must let you know that I will be closing Sportsparts for normal trading on 30 June 2024.
I am 87 years of age and due to hearing issues, I’m finding it impossible to communicate on the phone to customers. Talking to you and helping with your needs has been a true delight over the past few decades.
I have tried to sell the business but without success. If you know someone that might be interested, I’m open to offers.
I have significant amounts of MG parts that you might be interested in purchasing. You can come and have a look behind the counter on Saturday the 1st of June at 10 Myrtle Street, Normanhurst (from 9am – 4pm).
