Photo Gallery: March 2018 Mid-Week Muster to Robertson Inn
The March 2018 Mid-Week Muster saw 16 members brave one of Sydney’s more miserable days in recent memory to brighten their day with a social catch-up at Robertson Inn.
The Mid-Week Muster crew enjoyed a road trip to the Southern Highlands before meeting at the cosy Robertson Inn for a bite to eat, a warming drink and a chat.
Club photographer Ingo Weinberger has kindly sent through a few words about the day as well as some photos, which you can enjoy below.

While the rain brought with it a most welcome cool change, numbers were down to 16 Mid-Week Muster stalwarts for the March event.
Bob Dabbs brought his MGB and Furio Micheli his ZR. They were the only two MGs present for the run with others, including myself, choosing transport somewhat more suitable in the conditions. It was a cool 17C on the day, with steady drizzle and even some fog closing in.
Food and drink at the Robertson Inn was met with approval, although in my case I was defeated by the quantity.
We left each other just after 2PM. Having arrived via the M5 and major roads through Mittagong and Bowral, I took a detour for the return journey and drove through Fitzroy Falls hoping to find some nice photos.
Travelling on the approach roads with less than 200m visibility at times told me that there was not much going on, and I found just six cars in the parking lot. I haven’t stopped at Fitzroy Falls for a long time, so I have no idea how long ago a ticket machine was installed – $4.00, thank you.
Returning via the ‘Tourist’ route as directed by my GPS, which generally insists on main roads, I rejoined the M5 at Bargo with ‘Delays Expected’ signage. This turned out OK as the parking lot began at King Georges’, where I usually get off. How does a 275KM round trip grab you?
